Voice SDK Services
SDK License
Voqal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to integrate our SDK into your mobile applications. This license is subject to your compliance with these terms and your subscription plan.
Voice Data Processing
Voqal processes voice data to provide voice recognition and intent parsing services. By default, we do not retain voice data after processing. Audio is processed in real-time and discarded immediately unless you opt for enterprise features that require data storage for custom model training.
API Usage
Your use of Voqal's API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in service throttling or additional charges. You agree to use the API responsibly and not to abuse the service.
User Content
Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the voice commands and data processed through our service. Voqal does not endorse or assume any liability for content processed through our SDK.
Privacy

Billing and Payment
Voqal offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Voqal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Voice recognition accuracy may vary based on factors including dialect, background noise, and network conditions.

In no event shall Voqal be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
